ABOUT US
THE ATHLETE LAB
The Athlete Lab is Fort Myers’ premier youth training program for strength, speed, and agility. We work with kids and teens of all skill levels—whether they’re just getting active or chasing D1 dreams.
Led by Coach Jordan, our classes focus on building real athletic performance through sprint mechanics, cardio conditioning, core strength, and elite movement skills. We meet four days a week in a fun, competitive, and supportive environment where every athlete gets better—physically and mentally.
At The Athlete Lab, we turn potential into power. Fort Myers parents trust us to help kids get in shape, gain confidence, and love the process.

OUR PROGRAM
Recovery comes first. Every athlete learns that rest, mobility, and nervous system care are the foundation. Then we build speed, strength, and power — safely and effectively.
Class Schedule
TUESDAY 5PM
Grind Day
This is our hardest day of the week. Kids push through challenging circuits that build real strength, endurance, and mental toughness. We combine functional lifts, bodyweight movements, and conditioning exercises to create total-body development. It sets the tone for the rest of the week
FRIDAY 5PM
Movement Lab
This day is all about moving better. We focus on cone drills, ladder footwork, change of direction, and stopping under control. It’s not just about speed — it’s about body awareness, reaction time, and staying athletic. Every drill is designed to translate to real-game movement.
WEDNESAY 5PM
SPEED, SPEED, SPEED
We break down how to sprint properly and then we time it. From flying 10s to full-speed reps, athletes learn to move with precision, explosiveness, and confidence. It’s light on the body but heavy on skill. Every kid gets to see their speed improve, week after week.
SATURDAY 8:30AM
Athlete IQ Day
Saturday is for building smart, durable athletes. Some days we focus on core strength and stability; other days, we teach recovery techniques, flexibility, and mindset. This is where we slow things down and train the “little things” that make a big difference long-term. It’s also when we mix in challenges, team games, or fun finishes.
